Madison Realty Investors (MRI), was founded by its two managing directors, William D. Evans and Kevin M. Coffey in 1998. Both have a masters degree in real estate from the University of Wisconsin studying under Dr. James Graaskamp. Each has over 30 years experience in the real estate industry, both institutional and private equity.
The Principals of MRI have successfully closed over $1 billion dollars of real estate transactions.
